You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase. You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of all policies on this site.

Funmento selects and resells authentic products made by independent third-party manufacturers — we do not design, manufacture, formulate, or test them. Each manufacturer is solely responsible for its product's design, formulation, ingredients, labeling, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funmento assumes no manufacturer responsibilities and is not liable for product-related claims beyond the limited damaged-on-arrival remedy in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Because every product is a health, beauty or hygiene item, all sales are final: no returns, exchanges, change-of-mind refunds, or cancellations once an order is placed, except for a damaged/incorrect-on-arrival item (replacement or store credit at our discretion) or where a refund is required by applicable law. By placing an order you expressly accept this.

Your order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Payment is by GCash/InstaPay, China Bank, Wise, or bank transfer/remittance (arranged on WhatsApp), or by card via Stripe for eligible items. For manual payments your order is confirmed once we verify your payment. You represent you are authorized to use the payment method. We may cancel and refund an item that becomes unavailable or is mispriced.

Import Duty Disclaimer: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

The price you pay us covers the products and the shipping service only. You are the importer of record and are responsible for any charge your customs authority applies, and for knowing whether the items you order may lawfully be imported into your country. Refused or abandoned parcels are not refundable.

Products are not a substitute for professional medical care. Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

Injectables, drips, ampoules and vials are intended for administration by a licensed healthcare professional only; we do not provide medical clearance. It is YOUR responsibility to obtain any necessary medical clearance or prescription BEFORE purchasing or using any product — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, a minor, elderly, have a medical condition or allergy, or take medication. By ordering, you confirm you have done so and that you use all products on the advice of your own professional and at your own risk.

You use all products at your own risk and must follow all labels, instructions, and warnings. We guarantee the products we sell are authentic and sourced through legitimate channels; if a product is ever found not to be genuine, we will replace or refund it.

The site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and any warranty of results. Any manufacturer warranty is provided solely by the manufacturer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funmento, its owners and team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any personal injury, illness, allergic reaction, or property damage arising from the formulation, condition, or use of a product (all of which are the manufacturer's responsibility). Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Funmento, its owners and team from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms or any law, or your use of a product contrary to its labels, instructions, or without required professional supervision.

We may, at our sole discretion and without liability, refuse, limit, or cancel any order (and refund it), and suspend or terminate any account — including for suspected fraud, payment risk, abuse, reseller/bulk buying, or breach of these Terms.

Before any formal action, contact us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp with your order number; we aim to respond within 1–2 business days. If unresolved, ask us to escalate to a senior reviewer (within 5 business days), then a formal written review (within 30 days). You agree not to begin formal proceedings until these steps are complete, except where urgent legal relief is genuinely required.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute not resolved through the steps above will be settled by final and binding individual arbitration rather than in court (either party may bring a qualifying small-claims case). Disputes are arbitrated on an individual basis only; you waive any right to a jury trial and to a class or representative action. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arises.

These Terms are governed by applicable law where we operate. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in force. These Terms, with our Privacy, Shipping, and Returns & Refunds policies, are the entire agreement between us. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use or placing an order means you accept them.
