We want your order to arrive quickly and with no surprises. This policy explains how shipping works at Funmento.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO where carriers allow.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email when your order ships.
Delivery estimates
Standard delivery typically takes about 1–3 weeks from dispatch, depending on the item and your location. Some items ship from overseas suppliers, which can take longer — the estimated delivery date is always shown on the product page and at checkout.
Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and high-volume periods can affect timing.
Shipping costs
Most orders qualify for free standard shipping. When a shipping charge applies, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email. If you have a question about a shipment, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll send you the latest status.
Delays, wrong address & undeliverable packages
If a package is delayed beyond the estimate, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer; if a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).
